El vídeo de “Stay” se estrenó en la medianoche del 9 de Julio (2021) y fue dirigido por Colin Tilley, con Elisa Talbot, como directora de fotografía.

Éxito comercial

Apenas estrenada, “Stay” se posicionó en el puesto nº  1 en lista de singles ARIA durante la semana del 19 de julio, en Australia. En el nº 5 el el Reino Unido y en el nº 3 del “Billboard Hot 100”.

Además, ha sido la número 1 en países como Canadá, Países Bajos, Nueva Zelanda, Noruega, Singapur y Suecia. En el caso de España, por ejemplo, en la lista del 5 de Agosto de EPDM (El Portal de la Música), aparece en la posición 63. Por otra parte, tampoco aparece en la lista de los 40Principales.
